What delivery options do you offer?
When delivering to locations within the 48 contiguous United States, you may choose from Standard Ground or Two-Day Expedited shipping. Orders shipping to locations in Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via Two-Day Expedited shipping (Standard Ground not available). Delivery options available may vary based on your final shipping destination.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order before any taxes have been applied. Please reference the below table for shipping costs to non-remote locations in the United States.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
After processing, Two-Day Expedited shipping orders are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days.
After processing, Standard Ground shipping orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number is available in your delivery email notifications from Purrfect Paws.
To track your order, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to receive notifications on when to expect your order.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently do not offer shipping to international destinations.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept your return of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
